The last thing she wants is to add more negativity to her already demanding career. “I just don’t want to deal with the potential fallout that comes with dating someone in the same space,” she added.

Despite her stance against dating streamers, Amouranth almost made an exception a couple of years ago for xQc, another hugely popular streamer. The rumor mill buzzed when the two interacted more frequently online, sparking fan speculation. However, nothing materialized between them, and in hindsight, Amouranth seems relieved that it didn’t. “It could have been a disaster,” she said, referencing how public relationships in the streaming world often lead to unnecessary scrutiny and controversy.

 “The idea of dating another content creator is tempting but also terrifying. The drama, the rumors, the constant eyes on your every move—it’s just not for me.” 

She has learned that sometimes, the best way to avoid drama is simply to steer clear of potential sources altogether.

“I need someone who is secure enough in themselves to not be threatened by what I do,” she shared during her podcast appearance.

While she doesn’t mind if her potential partner is part of the digital world, she prefers someone who can maintain privacy and understands the need for boundaries. “I’d rather date someone outside the industry who can be my peace rather than my stress,” Amouranth said.
